This overnight Summer Camp is designed for the intermediate to elite player. An intensive 3 day, 6 session camp which offers unbelievable instruction and attention. We train fundamental skills and techniques for stick work; receiving and distributing the ball; goal-scoring; defense; offense; and the basic to elite concepts of the game. Game-like situations and drills will be used to put these techniques into practice. Campers are divided by age and skill levels, to provide the appropriate learning environment. Each year we are thrilled to have outstanding High School coaches, Collegiate coaches, US National Team members, former UNC Alumni players, and current UNC Players working with us to create a favorable and very low camper to counselor ratio. Each year we strive to make our camp better and better, to be the best in the country.
The Carolina Field Hockey camps are demanding camps that emphasize enjoying and appreciating the game. It is our mission to make every camper a vastly improved technical and tactical field hockey player through training sessions focusing on cerebral enhancement, mental imagery, strength training, and enjoyment. The camp is open to any and all entrants.
